Buyer Rebate Program
After spending many years working at other brokerages I found that there was a need in the marketplace that was not being met. The biggest hurdle for many potenal homeowners is the large up front cost. I determined a commission rebate program could help combat that
Seller's will pay a Realtor a commission for bringing a ready, willing and able buyer. This commission is typically 2.5% to 3.0% of the purchase price. We are willing to split this
commission with our buyer's 50/50. This means that by working with us you will receive a credit at closing towards your closing costs in the amount of 1.25% to 1.5% of the purchase price on almost any property in Maricopa County.
How to Start
Qualify for financing and provide qualification letter to us. If purchasing cash proof of funds must be provided.
Provide us with your property requirements and we will complete a custom search for you to find properties that meet your needs.
We will confirm availability of listings as well as provide any updates not yet on the MLS.
Drive by and preview the exterior, neighborhood and location of the property.
Once you have narrowed your list of prospective properties we will arrange showings so that we can see the interior of the properties.
Once you have decided to submit a purchase offer we will provide a market analysis of what the property is worth based on current market data and conditions. Armed with the most up to date information we will put together an offer at your direction and submit it to the seller.
Upon acceptance of a purchase contract we will guide you through the complete home buying process including home inspection, appraisal, etc.
At closing you will be credited 50% of the commission paid to us by the seller. This credit must be listed on your settlement statement and approved by your lender, if applicable.
