Buyer Rebate Program
After spending many years working at other brokerages I found that there was a need in the marketplace that was not being met. The biggest hurdle for many potenal homeowners is the large up front cost. I determined a commission rebate program could help combat that
problem.

Seller's will pay a Realtor a commission for bringing a ready, willing and able buyer. This commission is typically 2.5% to 3.0% of the purchase price. We are willing to split this
commission with our buyer's 50/50. This means that by working with us you will receive a credit at closing towards your closing costs in the amount of 1.25% to 1.5% of the purchase price on almost any property in Maricopa County.
